This project involved designing and maintaining a weekly Ride eDM for CDG Zig app users.
The eDM serves as a key communication channel to update users on ride destinations, promotions, events, and new offerings.
As the project Design Lead, I collaborated closely with the copywriter and stakeholders, contributing to content strategy and overseeing art direction to ensure engaging, user-centric visuals.
The project was executed in two key phases:
1. Develop or adjust the theme and color for the week to maintain a fresh and engaging look.
2. Arrange and structure the content lineup for clarity and user engagement
3. Coordinate with campaign stakeholders for banner placement, ensuring alignment with marketing goals; create new visuals or resize existing ones as needed.
4. Design new visual banners for the 'Where to Go' articles to enhance visual appeal and readability.
5. Conduct eDM testing to ensure proper functionality, verify links, and collaborate on necessary edits before rollout.
6. Ensure consistency in branding, maintaining a cohesive and visually appealing design across all eDMs.
